upgrade to 6.1
can you upgrade from version 5.3.3 le to 6.1.1 le with windows xp or do you have to buy a macintosh to run the version 6.1.1 le software?

Check the Downloads link at the bottom of this page.. Pro Tools is at 6.1.1 on XP and 6.2.x for the Mac (G5) (at this time). They have pretty much the same function set.
The upgrade from 5.x to 6.x is $75US Rail
