Soundtoys TDM bundle ver 417 problem

Hi,

Installed the latest Soundtoys TDM bundle and now pro tools quits whenever i load a song with decapitator and echoboy

Crash log indicates Soundtoys plugs as the issue!

Had to remove all soundtoys from the plugins folder!

Now! went to install previous version and it says cannot install because a newer version already installed

Guess i'll have to go through everything tomorrow and remove all sound toys stuff then re-install a previous version.

anyone else seen this issue.

make sure you erase the preferences, also go to the receipts folder and erase anything sound toys there also. This way the installer doesnt see anything sound toys... Good luck

Hi,

Didn't find any soundtoys prefs! i trashed receipts and all other soundtoys plugins and files and repaired permission but the problem persists

I have emailed support so hopefully they can help me get back to work.

I'll try again to install a previous version.

Soundtoys got back to me its a known issue and a fix is in beta!!

Hi Chris,

Sorry for the trouble. This is a known bug and the fix is currently in beta. I would do a removal of SoundToys, here's how:

Go to "Applications/SoundToys/
Utilities" and click on "Remove SoundToys".

Enter your Administrator credentials.

At the next screen, select "Plug-ins". This should remove all SoundToys Plug-ins.

Now revert to 4.1.5. Here's a link:
