Helper Track?

I've been asked to provide a batch of deliverables for an episodic animated show.
Among the requests are a PT session that includes the 5.1 M&E, plus a "helper track" on ch. 7 and dialog on ch. 8. I've never heard the term, "helper track."
Is that just a mono M&E?

I'd guess they mean a Contentious Dialogue track or tracks.
Breaths, kisses, etc etc.
Stuff that they may or may not use in creating the M&E.
I could be wrong though, the safest thing is to ask.
It's not obvious from how they've worded it.

Now I see you say its an animation.
So contentious DX is a bit of a moot point.
