unresponsive hardware
Hi,
I've been using my rack 002 for about a 1.5 years without problems. Suddenly, the hardware is unresponsive. The mute button is lit only. No buttons work to turn lights on or off. The software says it doesn't detect the hardware. I've tried the obligatory off and on approach, but that does nothing. Anyone have any ideas? I've already sent in a tech support request, but I was hoping there was a quick fix someone might know. Thanks |

Re: unresponsive hardware
Power harness! If you spend any time reading the DUC, you will read about it a lot. Meanwhile, you may get back to work by simply unplugging/replugging all the connections inside the unit(white plastic molex connectors).

Re: unresponsive hardware
Thanks for the help. Yeah, I rarely read the forums. I'll search power harness and see what comes up. Thanks again!
