MIDI Edit Windo stuck Behind Title Bar
Hello Everybody,
This started with a session from another user. I have trashed prefs, updated PT, I've Scaled display percentage, minimized and maximized Windows in and out of PT. Once this started, it has happened in every session since. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Jeff |

Re: MIDI Edit Windo stuck Behind Title Bar
even older sessions of your own creation ?
if not, open one of those sessions, save a Window Config with the MIDI window in a proper location, save the session and name it "Corrected Window Locations" or something. import only that Window Config session data into your new sessions. if none of that works, sometimes grabbing a window by the very far borders allows you to move it. then resize it slightly to update the metadata. then save a Window Config so you can perform a reset even if it screws up again. Re: MIDI Edit Windo stuck Behind Title Bar
I worked with Jeff over the phone on this and we tried all your suggestions without success. Any other ideas?

Re: MIDI Edit Windo stuck Behind Title Bar
A great idea, but sadly, it didn't solve the issue.

Re: MIDI Edit Windo stuck Behind Title Bar
This happened to me once. I solved it by messing with the windows, but don't remember the exact thing that worked. It was something like, make the main PT window smaller, drag it down so the top of the main PT window is in the middle of the display, then maximize it. Or maybe instead of maximize, it involved using the horizontal dragger to raise the edge of the main window without moving anything inside it. Something like that. Good luck.

Re: MIDI Edit Windo stuck Behind Title Bar
One of the PT dropdown menus has an option to cascade windows.
