EQ III previews only one channel, doesn't process changes

I recently ran through the full update process of bringing PT LE 8.0.0 up to 8.0.4. One thing I noticed in the upgrade to 8.0.1 was that I lost proper function in EQ III / 7 band eq. It would not preview both channels in stereo, not would it apply the desired eq changes to the track itself.

I continues the upgrade to the current version of 8.0.4 and the same behavior persists.

Any ideas? I've imported older files that I've worked with properly before, and the same symptoms continue. Leads me to believe that it's a setting or configuration issue, and not a source file problem.

Have there been updates to EQ III?

I guess you're using the plugin in Audiosuite?
Make sure the "Use in playlist" button is activated.

You should clear preferences when updating.
