Monitors/Headphones drop out mid take?
A few times I have been overdubbing a take and the monitors and headphones cut-out completely during the take. If I stop and start again, nothing. When the audio does drop out, you can still see levels, and audio is still being recorded, though you can't hear it. Even in Input only there is no sound. I have to close the session, then re-open it for things to go back to normal. Any ideas?
G4, 400, 384MB 001 PT LE 5.0.1 Thanks for any advice, DC |

Re: Monitors/Headphones drop out mid take?
Are you headphones connected to your amp or to digi? Reason I ask: I had a very similar scenario, caused by my power amp cutting out (overheating??) Same symptoms as you. Might be worth a look.

Re: Monitors/Headphones drop out mid take?
Thanks for the reply. My headphones are hooked up directly to the 001. The monitors also go out as well, so I know it's something up with PT.
