Default PT11 demo session
The file for the PT11 demo session is not there. It doesn't exist.

Tried to do that exact same thing and nothing. The rest of the DLs are fine. Hummm.

The "Turn Me Off" demo plays fine with only 5% CPU usage and 10% disk usage on a MacPro PT11.

Hello,

First post here. I too am not finding the link to the demo session for Pro Tools 11 in my Account > View My Product Details > Pro Tools 11.0 No Charge UG From Pro Tools 10 > Downloads section.

Is it because I'm an upgrade user? I've enclosed a screenshot of what is available to me in this section. Any advice on how to get the demo session would be very welcome.

This appears to be an oversight on our part in adding that specific download to avid accounts with the specific product "Pro Tools 11.0 No Charge UG From Pro Tools 10".

I've forwarded that info to the web team and it should be taken care of shortly. I'll let you know when that is done, and it would then be available in your account with the rest of the downloads.

http://account.avid.com

...and see if this is now in your downloads list:
"Pro Tools Demo Session 11.0 Multi"

That's "Multi" for Mac and Windows.

Is the PT11 demo session any different than the one from PT10? Can't get the one from PT10 to play right (silent tracks, etc.). I know non-HD users don't have certain tracks and such.

i have been trying to find the demo session for PT11 to no avail ... can you please post a link ... the Avid website is not easy to find things ... i looked in my account (running the trial - ONLY HAVE 3 DAYS LEFT) but no link to any Demo Session or PT11 for that matter ... tired of chasing my tial trying to find on my own ...
