Default What software do I need for D-Command?

I have a blue D-Command, and I've been running a perpetual Pro Tools HD 12.8.2 on a late 2013 Mac Pro ('trashcan') that's running Mac OS Sierra.

I'd like to maybe buy a newer Mac (a 'Mac Studio' with Apple Silicon perhaps?), which obviously will come with a much newer Mac OS.

Do I need PT Ultimate in order to keep my D-Command operating? Or will 'Studio' suffice? What about V-Control Pro (which I only just learned about a few minutes ago)? Is that what is required for a newer Mac?
