Cannot find a MIDI source?
I have a G3 and I am running OS 9.2 with PT Free. I am not getting any MIDI sounds after several attempts at configuration via the Control Panel/OMS Prefered Device, and in PT Free via Setups/OMS MIDI Setup, and the output options under MIDI/Click Options. I would like to enable the click track and also import MIDI beats. It has to be an internal source because I don't have an external MIDI source and I am also using the onboard sound card. Perhaps QuickTime Music could be my internal source but there is a "(0)" behind it so presently it isn't capable of producing any sound. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
