"Hardware not connected or turned on.."error

g4 dual 1 gig 1.5 g ram osx.2.6
pt6.1

Can't even get past this error on launch...!!! Help
Have done the steps in the DIGIsupport post already.
also, removed all hardware and reset.
digitest shows nothing when running.

os9 5.1.3cs11 was running find on OS9 today!!! hardware fine...
