Default Will 8.0.3 full installer work with windows 7?
Will Avid test PTMP 8.0.3 full installer with Windows 7 soon?

I had windows xp and had updated to 8.0.5. Then we got struck with a transformer blow, and lost my motherboard. The only new computers I could find had Windows 7. But in my account, I can't download any versions of Pro Tools because 8.0.3 is for xp and vista.. What should I do?

Install PTMP 8.0.3, and then apply the updates. Worked for me on W7 64bit.

As far as I can see from documentation, PTMP is "Windows 7 certified by Avid" from version 8.0.4 and higher.

As far as I can see from the Avid website, PTMP 8.0.4 is a free update for all registered Pro Tools users. Therefore you need to have the full version of PTMP 8.0 - 8.0.3 already installed.
