Sends View Help! (w/ and w/o fader in channel)

There is a command (or modify click) that turns a send button into a little fader in the actual channel strip itself in mix view.

I did that for Send A and forgot the command so I can't get it back to see the other four send buttons. D'oh! I'm not even a total noobie, but I feel like one.

I've tried everything to lose the fader and get it back to showing the usual five send buttons A-E but can't figure it out.

Anyone know how to switch between those views?

right click on the send itself, then you´ll get að dropdown menu where you can select which send you want to have displayed. There is also an option called "sends view" i think. That´s the one you´ll want.

I'm not a MAC user, but use the equivalent of ctrl click on the sends to "turn" them into little faders. - or go into preferences and select "sends default to faders", or something like that - also read the manual many times, over again.

Only gives a Mute, Make Inactive, Rename...

ctrl/option/cmd-clicking doesn't do it, couldn't find it in the preferences... man, I'm retarded.

I'm using Pro Tools 8 if that makes a difference.

I don't know the key command, but go to views>sends a-e

Change it from "send x" to "assignments"
