Default 3 projects in pro tools 12.7?

I finally got pro tools installed and running, but something caught my attention. Is pro tools supposed to be limited to 3 projects max?

this is not pro tools first.

That's 3 projects on the cloud, unless you pay for more space. "Projects" are on the cloud and "sessions" are on your computer(with no limit other than drive space).
