Having problems with my Midi Need SERIOUS HELP!!!!! Please

1st off I have a Macbook Pro 10.6.4 3.06 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo 4GB

I'm having problems with my Midi in general.

I try opening Pro Tools & after it finishes loading my plug-ins I get a message saying "Error 3" I have to press the Ok button twice before it goes to the normal screen.

My pro tools sessions are used with Reason Rewire,so when Reason tries to open I get a message saying "Failed to open MIDI support library Please restart your computer and try again." and then the Quit button.

So out of curiosity I check my Audio MIDI Setup and I get a long error message saying
"The MIDI Server can't be opened. Audio MIDI Setup couldn't open the MIDI Server so you can't view or edit your MIDI configurations.If you recently installed a new MIDI driver, try uninstalling it and then open Audio MIDI Setup again.If Audio MIDI Setup works correctly after that,contact the drivers manufacturer for further support."

I haven't installed any new MIDI drivers or installed anything in general this problem just started happening to me yesterday but at the same time I was working till 1am yesterday & it was working fine no problems.

I really need help I can't get any work done & I would really appreciate it if someone could help me.
