Structure LE Not Authorizing on PT 9 CPTK2 (SL 10.6.6)

Hello, I have been searching the forum to find a solution. I have a fresh install of snow leopard on a SSD hard drive, Installed PT9, the updates, and complete prod. toolkit 2 from the avid site. Everything is working very well, except structure le and the hybrid plug in is not working correctly. I can load them, but the display is off on them(brightly oversaturated color display), indicating that they are not authorized. My iLok show they are fully licensed. I have the most recent iLok drivers, as well.

Any Suggestions?
