Problem with PT9 to PT 10

Hello
I recieved my Registration code for PT 10,but the problem is that i don't remember my ILOK ID(it's been many many months since the last time i've logged in there)
Is it possible for avid to send me my ILOK ID?
Since i don't want to miss the change upgrading free from PT9 to PT10
