Default Error messages for Audio Plug-in 11 Update

I get this error message when trying to download the Audio Plug-ins 11 Update without using the Download Manager.

"You have attempted to access a protected URL which has either expired or is invalid. Please try your download again. If the problem persists, please provide us with the details by clicking here."

When using the Download Manager, I get:

"Could not find the requested file on the server."

I received the same message last night ("could not find requested file") when trying to re-download the plug-in updates. I removed original one from the target directory and then ended up shutting the host (Mac) down for an unrelated problem. When I rebooted this morning I could download through the download manager again.

Thanks for the reply.

It could be that the "Your Products" section timed out. I am downloading that file now.

I did a successful DL but it still would not open. I just got copies of the file. So I tried Stuffit expander and it worked!!! 17 plug-ins.
