Satellite link issue

Hi,
After updating Pro tools from 2020.5 to 2021.3 and the OS from 10.12 to 11.3, satellite link got broken with the PT 10.3.10 on OS 10.8. The admin (2021.3) does "see" satellite (10.3.10).
Any idea about what could have gone wrong ?
