Default I have problems catching the bus

My auxiliary tracks no longer bus to the Master fader. I'm pretty sure they did before I upgraded my 002 console to a 003 console because I would have noticed... what's interesting, is that the master still has complete control over the main volume, but I get nothing on the meter, and my effects on the Master track don't work.

Is this something I just have to deal with?
