Protools 12 ilok manager issues with surrendering 11 license help
I have a student support upgrade and I am trying to go through the surrender process to activate and use my new protools 12 license with Ilok manager. My issue is that when I push the "complete" button license surrender popup starts and the progress bar starts but never moves more than about half way. i have waited hours letting it load but nothing. what is the deal? has anyone else had this issue?
mac os Yosemite/ ilok manager 2.5/ ilok gen 2.
