Are you using any RTAS effects? These can cause latency.

What are you using to sample? What interface are you using?

if you have an mbox, latency is probably the cause, there is no real solution or way around it, but if you search this forum you'll find some good tips

If you have a Mbox turn the mix knob all the may to input, then when you want to playback put it back to whatever setting you had.

BesnickB..I believe your speaking of recorded regions being a few samples late and not monitoring latency am I correct? There appears to be some confusion amongst the replies

If you're worried about 2 samples.. then forget about it. Using busses in TDM has always had a 10 or so sample latency... most users ignore it.

stop looking at the screen and listen to the music, move something if it musically needs to be moved, not if the samples line up or not

I am having this problem when playing it, eventhough while singing it (recording it) everything is OK, but when the sound is captured, then it's late. Since I work mostly with rap music, it's really annoying.
No I don't have Mbox I have Digi002.
Just to make everything clear here, I have the problem when playing it not just looking at it and it's not just a few samples but, say at a speed of 95 bpm the latency it's 1/16.
Even if I use plugins (which here is not the case) I check for latency it shows 0 latency.
PEACE
