Red face Favourites in PT Drop Menu

Hey, I have been searching for this but the keywords are a bit too generic I think. I have noticed on PT LE8 that one of my most used plug-ins is at the top of my Insert drop down menu and again highlighted in yellow in it's relative folder.
I am wondering how I select some more plug-ins that I use often to be highlighted and at the top of the menu to make pulling up my most used ones quicker.
Also I feel that some of my plug-ins could be better organised in the drop down menu, i.e. making a 'Guitar Amps' folder containing Eleven, PodFarm etc. instead of those being split into 'Modulation' and 'Other' for example.
basically plug-in organisation.
Thanks!
