Having trouble with VocAlign

Hi there,

We are having some problem with the just installed VocAlign 2.5 on our PT5.0 G4 system. It seems that vocalign doesn't get the audio when it is imported with the macros. Also, the macros seem to do something weird with the selected audio as PT asks to clean the selected part after CTRL-SHIFT-7 and CTRL-SHIFT-8 have been pressed. Does anyone know an answer to this or should we upgrade tot 2.6 PRO?

As far as I know, If you are using PT5, Vocalign 2.5 isn't compatible. You'll have to upgrade to 2.6. But if you are on PT 4.3.2 or earlier, you may need to reinstall. Good luck.
