Default Encoding Dolby E

I guess there is no plugin for encoding to Dolby E.

Is there anyone in LA or Burbank who can do this for a reasonable price?

I have 5.1 stems on a DVD.

Thanks, mark

Check out Neyrinck, they make a Dolby E software solution. Not cheap though.

Thanks Yes i know Neyrinck, they want $749.00 for a week, I just need a day, i think Dolby will do it for $500.

i would think a post house would be cheaper.

Hello Mark 66,

I work at Minnetonka Audio Software, Inc. (www.minnetonkaaudio.com) and we have a SurCode for Dolby E bundle available to rent. The encoder is an AudioSuite plugin and the Decoder is RTAS.

Basically the way it works is we electronically deliver the products to via a download link and we issue a 7 day iLok deposit.

The are priced at $249 individually for the encoder or decoder, or $498 for the bundle, for the week period.

If you guys have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Mark,
Post Haste Sound can help you out. I would assume that you also need to layback to tape? Send me an email at Randallsmith (at) Posthastesound (dot) com.
