Default Recommendations needed for Protools training

Hello Protoolers --

I'm looking for recommendations for ProTools tutorials and training. I'd like to be able to do this online, or using DVD training, so I don't have to attend training somewhere outside my home.
If you have any recommendations for online/dvd based tutorials/training for ProTools LE, I'd love to hear them. I'd prefer to work on this at my own pace, and I'm hoping to obtain some sort of proficiency certification in ProTools.

I'm using a PPC G5 Dual-Core, Mac OSX 10.4.8, 3.5 GB memory.

Thanks,

Bond
