Default Fiber-Optic Cable durablility

Are they as fragile as they feel and appear? I have heard that you can get poor results if the cable has more than a 30 degree bend in it. ????

Those cables are more fragile as copper-cables, but not as fragile as you think. It is bad to actually fold them, but if you make the radius not to small a 360 degree wouldnt be a problem. See how they are packed when you buy them......they wouldnt pack them like that if that would damage them now would they
