MIDI sustain pedal trouble
Whenever I record MIDI that includes a sustain pedal, I have to mute the track while recording. If I don't, the synth/piano/whatever (hard- or software) seems to get a value 0 every now and then so that the sustain is interrupted. It vexes me.
It's really no big deal to mute the track as long as I don't want to do a punch in recording... I don't have this problem with Cubase and I can't recall having it with PTLE 5.x in OS9 Mbox PTLE 6.4 OSX 10.3.9 |

Re: MIDI sustain pedal trouble
- Am I the only person alive to have this little problem?
- Well, so it seems. Have you tried using another pedal? - Yup, but replacing it doesn't help. - It could be that MIDI-sport 2x2 USB-interface of yours. - Good idea, thank you Niljam! - Oh, don't mension it, Niljam. Glad to be of any help! - Any-one else out there? |
