Default PT10 on a Windows Server Multi CPU setup

I am looking into buliding a new DAW.

I am considering an [Multi CPU] AMD Opteron 6272/6174 setup - any using PT on a Windows Server setup with multiple CPUs?

Is it stable?

Dave
