Default Why subforms 2019, 2020, 2021 ?

Is it really necessary to have Sub Forums for each year release "Pro Tools 2021, 2020, 2019, ..."? They are more like dot releases (11.1, 11.2, 11.3) and not like major updates like v11, v12, v20xx.

As you can see in the 2021.3 Release Notes, going from 2020.12 to 2021.3 is definitely a dot release, nothing earth-shattering that would require a separate subforum.

Unless there are questions/discussion about version-related issues, aren't most questions more "generic" and apply to any of the recent versions?

Having these subforms, creates just more work and browsing around.
