Hello,

I have two Pro Tools Artists in my account. I was only trying to renew my original license. and ended up with two licenses.

I entered my renewal code to renew my Pro Tools Artist subscription. It didn't accept my code (error on my part?) and it gave me another link to renew with.

This time it accepted my code but I now have two Pro Tools Artists in my account.

One license (the one i wanted to renew) has 13 days left. The new license has a full year left.

How can I extend my original license?

Everything looks good. One account has expired on Dec. 1st and the other account says activated and all is working.

Thanks Larry! I really appreciate it. I also replied to the case regarding your follow up question. You will need to activate your new licenses into your iLok key with SN 0x001CF7C1.
