Avid cancelled my license out of the blue

Hello, I'm having a very similar issue. I've paid for Pro Tools Studio, and the payment went through in November, yet my license says expired. I tried right clicking on the subscription name inside the License Manager, and the "activate" option is greyed out. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi danmerceruio,

I checked your account and your license is activate to up until November 4, 2024, but I think the error that you encounter has something to do with the existing bug that we have under LRE-9906.

Our support team also informed you that they replaced your license via case 04739250 and upon checking your license is already activated through iLok cloud.
