I'm at exactly the same point as MrDragland
and Happydrummer. Same configuration; I own a protools license 11.3.1.
I’ve just purchased an Avid Pro Tools Studio Perpetual UPG code from Thomann (official reseller) and I can’t figure out how to manage this issue.
I have notified thomann customer service but I don't know if they will be able to do anything.
I also created a support case (04725961). but I don't know what the waiting time is for me to find a solution to my problem or even if it will be taken into consideration
I am in a very problematic or even very urgent situation, I have to submit very important work and I am losing precious days of work. If anyone can hear me here, please help!
