Pro Tools not seeing my Artist Plugin Bundle license

Good evening! I recently subscribed to Pro Tools Artist. None of the plugins from the Artist Plugin Bundle will load in Pro Tools (Other included plugins load fine). I get the following message: "The following plugins failed to load. Verify that you have a license for these plugins and that they are supported for your system." I tried uninstalling the specified plugins and reinstalling and still get the same message. I tried uninstalling Pro Tools and reinstalling and get the same message. I also moved my licenses from iLok Cloud to my iLok 3, then reopened Pro Tools and I get the same message. How do I get Pro Tools to see that I have a license for the Artist Bundle Plugins?
