PT 2020.11 w/ NI stuck notes HELP

Hi All.

I just purchased (NI) the DEFINITIVE PIANO COLLECTION, VINTAGE ORGANS , SESSION STRINGS 2, SCARBEE A-200 and SESSION HORNS

I'am using them with Kontakt 6 player in Protools 2020.11

and i'am having major issues with stuck midi notes, very frustrating .. and the only way to stop them is hit the ! in player, there's gotta be a better way

can any of you fine folks help me out with some sort of a solution.
