Pro Tools 10 Playback Problems

I am trying out pro tools 10 because I just got a new mic and some stuff to have fun recording. My computer is not a top of the line computer by any means, but when I am playing anything back, it lags around and crackles and pops.

I have tried to read up on the issue but can't find that much about how to fix it.

I am using the aiso 4 all v2 plugin.

Is there any way I can get this running better?

If that doesn't help, post a SANDRA as described in the link.

Try using the latest ASIO drivers for your souncard and uninstall the ASIO4ALL wrapper.

Yes, we need to know that plus all the other system info that will be included in a SANDRA report.
