Hardware Option per Audio Input
Hello folks. Just a thought. I wonder if there will be a day when the option for what ever sound cards you have connected to you computer can be chosen on the audio track itself. Instead of restarting Pro tools every time to change a sound device for the whole session just give the platform the ability to have that option for every track without restarting. This would give you the ability to recorded from multiple devices at once. And what if you can lock the sample rate and bit for every individual track. I just figure that the possibilities are numerous since Pro tools is now Open. I really love this daw and never had a complaint since my use is on a small scale of home recording (003 rack). I am always amazed at how it has evolved through the years. I don't have any experience in writing software by any means so again this was just a thought. Thank YOU
