001 Midi inputs dont work in OSX 4 me.

Hello all,

Im running 001 off a Magma expansion chassie on my G4 powerbook. When I upgraded 2 OSX from 9.2.2 i cant get PT or Reason 2 see the 001 midi input. It is not available. When I look at AMS i can see the 001 there, but like I said I cant see it in PT.


Any help yall can offer would be wonderfull.

Hi Matt,

Are you having trouble seeing the 001 as an available input or output device on the MIDI track in Pro Tools, or receiving MIDI data from an external MIDI device?

Which version of Pro Tools are you using?

Which version of the Mac OS are you using?

If AMS is recognizing the 001, Pro Tools and Reason should see it. If it's not showing up try trashing your AMS preferences. You can find them by going:

Mac HD>Users>Your Home folder>Library>Preferences>com.apple.audio.audiomi disetup.plist

Mac HD>Users>Your Home folder>Library>Preferences>By Host>com.apple.midi.xxxxxxxxxxxx.plist
