Mute button stuck!

Ugh. The mute button on one of my faders is physically stuck in a kind of half depressed position (the left half of the button seems to be stuck under the surface of the console.) Button is still functioning but is over/under sensitive depending on the exact angle you hit it at.
Not wanting to create a bigger problem than I already have, is it safe to try to wedge something in the left side of the mute button to try to pry it back out? Anybody else seen this problem with Solo or Mute buttons?

Its probably broken and you will make it worse. Give Customer Service a call and they will swap it out.

Dang. Thanks for the tip, Eddie. I'll need to swap out the whole fader module you think?

Replacement scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Thanks guys. . . .
Are there any instructions in a manual or video on how to REMOVE the vertical T-bars that secure the modules down to the frame? Seems too tight to pry out by hand. . . . but I know they'll have to come out to swap out the fader module. . . .

Use a small flat blade screwdriver at the back, underneath and carefully pry the spring clip down...and the T-bar up. Personal message me if you need any assistance.
