PT 7.x.x Compatability with PT LE 5.1.1
Hi,
I currently have a PT LE 5.1.1 setup on a Mac G4 800. I am upgrading to a Macbook Pro. I'm trying to decide whether to get a 002 at reduced price or a 003. Advice on this would be helpful. However, my main question is: I have a lot of sessions still in need of editing and mixing on an external firewire drive that were all done in PT LE 5.1.1. Will PT 7.x.x be able to open these and work? I currently have no plug ins running as they are all raw recorded files. 24 bit, 44.1k. 5 tracks at the most (cello/piano stuff). If they won't open up without issue, what would I need to do to get it to work. Thanks BTW, I did a search on the issue but came up with nothing. Maybe I AM a moron like my wife says! |
