Default Signal Routing

Running Mac 10.4.11. LE Rack 002. Just upgraded to PT 7.4. Everything was working fine. Opened session this morning and get this on track output. "the output could not be made active because the output path is currently not available." Everything looks normal in I/O. Would appreciate any thoughts thanks.
