Amplitube doesn't work - "AT Engine Could not be loaded"

I have Protools 6.4 and Amplitube 2.0.

My system is a Dell Dimension with Win XP, Pentium 4, 2.79 ghz and 1 gb ram.

Recently, Amplitube has stopped working. When I try to load it onto a track it says "AT Engine could not be loaded", and then it says "The plug in could not be made active because a DAE error was encountered (error #-7401)".

I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Protools as well as all the plug ins, including reinstalling Amplitube.

Advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

You said you were using Amplitube 2.0? You should upgrade; the current version is 2.1.2.
