Sticky Faders on 002 - Is this right?
Sometimes when I adjust my faders on the 002 they resist movement. I realize this should occur when I've already written in automation of volume levels but sometimes it happens on regular tracks with no automation during playback. I push, they resist, i push a little more and they move like they are supposed to. Then they move just fine. This doesn't seem right to me. Any ideas? I did a search on the fader firmware update but that addressed different issues.
thanks

This is really funny...
try to move them with a pencil or with a piece of clothe... they won't. I while ago someone "suggested" that it was done to avoid "objects" from moving them accidentaly. Really Cool isn't it ?!?!? Al.

Re: Sticky Faders on 002 - Is this right?
the faders are touch-sensitive, so you much really touch them with your finger. Just pushing them a bit up with a nail or something does not work, becaus the fader doesnt know it is being touched....
