Mixing Question - linking tracks and mix buses for soloing

Hi,
Can anyone advise the best way to link tracks to mix buses. To manage resources I'm using fx plug ins on mix buses, but now when I solo an individual track there is no link to the bus. Is there a way to link them together so I don't have to also solo the bus?

Solo safe the aux track->cntrl + click on it's solo button, then you'll still hear the aux track when you solo the audio track (as long as you're bussing to it).
