Default Doppler

I have PT LE v8 on a Mac.

What is the easiest way to create a doppler effect?

What is the cheapest way to create a doppler effect?

Thank you!

DB-33 is included and the leslie can be used on any track as an effect plugin. Maybe a better explanation of what you want to achieve will help get the best advice

Thanks.
I can see using the DB-33 to give a it some phasiness.

I actually don't have anything specific in mind - just wondering how to create a simple doppler in PT.

So, as an example: a still car horn recording manipulated to sound like it's going by fast.

I'm mainly interested in creating a pitch curve.

Or would it be done easier in another DAW or audio-editor? I know Cubase had a way to simply draw a pitch curve on a region. And I believe Waves has a plugin that does doppler, but I'm trying to avoid spending money I don't have. If I'm going to call myself a sound designer, I need a good way to manipulate pitch dynamically.
