Cubase 5.5.2 And EuCon 2.5.6

Is the latest Cubase update (5.5.2) compatible with the EuCon 2.5.6 driver? When I try to add the EuCon device, I get a message saying "Device failed to open!".

Everything works fine in PT9.

I did install Cubase 5.5.2 after having already installed the EuCon driver.

it is a good idea to install EuControl after installing the DAW.


To check that he adapter is in he right place:

1. right-click (cntrl+click) on the Cubase application icon.
2. select "Show Package Contents"
3. browse to the Components folder
4. you should see a file called eucon.bundle

Thanks for the reply. I checked the adapter last night and it was in the right place as seemingly the right version as well. I just used "Uninstall EuControl", rebooted, and reinstalled and now all seems fine!
