Default Using ProTools LE 7.3 without Hardware

I currently have Digi002/ProTools LE 7.3 and would like
to load the application on another computer. Is this possible
and will the app run without the hardware?

No, it isn't possible. You MUST have your hardware connected to run Pro Tools.
