Default A clicking sound

Hey I am getting a clicking sound that sounds like a stereo digital delay gone bad. I know it is not in the track - but I can't figure out what is causing it. Has this happened to anyone else?

The session has 15 tracks and only 4 plug ins. This usually happens and I can restart the session and it is fine. This time I restarted and it is still there. It is not in the recording - but is very hard to listen to while working...

This usually does not happen - but is occuring with more frequency as I complete this album...

Any ideas would be appreciated!

I am running Protools 7.3.1cs7 with an Mbox mini...
