Default Neumann MA 1 Multichannel with MTRX STUDIO
Has anyone tried ling up with the MA 1 with audio on the MTRX Studio? I assume that feeding a 7.1.4 aux channel -> speakers(via the AUX io should work?

You could use AUX I/O but it seems like an unnecessarily complex approach. The MA 1 application can directly access any Coreaudio or ASIO interface, including HDX or HD Native cards when Pro Tools is closed.

If you have already created the appropriate source and monitor profile for Pro Tools in DADman, all you will need to do is configure the speaker layout for HDX or HD Native in Audio Midi Setup to match, and ensure the appropriate mic input on the MTRX Studio is being routed to the selected microphone input in MA 1.
