My LOUD beat clips all my inserts plugins and Vu-Meter!
Hi everyone!
I have got a dumb question. I have been provided with a beat that is squashed to death...(sigh...) It is so loud that it clips the tranche of the mixer when I set the VU meter to Pre-fader. Also, all my plugins are clipping. How can I reduce the volume of this track before its is fed in the mixer??? Thanks a lot!!!

Or highlight the entire region and call up the AudioSuite GAIN plugin and knock it back 3db.
